Domestic and International Shipping
We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time (Standard): Orders usually ship out within 4 business days of ordering if all items are in stock, and often much quicker. If an item is not in stock, there may be a delay of up to one week.
- Processing Time (Peak Periods): During peak times (such as new product releases and holidays), please allow a couple more days for processing.
- Shipping Control: PLEASE NOTE: Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, XPRT Biomedical Services, Inc. CANNOT CONTROL the exact transit time or final delivery route. We will, however, provide you with a tracking number.
- Shipping Destinations: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some biomedical products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to regulatory or logistical constraints. Please contact us for specific international shipping inquiries.
- Warehouse Location: We currently operate a warehouse in the United States. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipments.
All rates are calculated live based off item weight and size.
- Note: Transit times are estimates and are measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Non-Delivery and Rejected Shipments
If the goods cannot be delivered to the destination (e.g., due to an incorrect address provided by the customer) or are rejected and returned to us by the customer, an additional shipping and handling fee of US$30 will be charged to the customer to cover the costs incurred for the return and/or re-shipment.
